Fees and Payments

We make every effort to control and minimize the cost of your medical care. If we participate with your insurance carrier, we will invoice them. However, co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we do accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard and Visa.

If we are not a participating provider for your insurance plan, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will work with you to assist in handling claims. For your convenience....
